Classes

 

Vinyasa Flow

These classes are geared for all levels. The idea behind Vinyasa Flow is that we are linking one breath per movement. This way you are allowing the breath to lead the movement. These classes can be challenging, confrontational, as well as soft and relaxing. It all depends on how far you want to take the pose. Listen to your body and honor what you can do today. Modifications are always provided.

Beginner's Classes

These classes are for beginners but all levels are welcome. We learn to link the breath with each movement. The poses are simple and allow you to ease into each gently. There is plenty of time for modifications in beginner's classes and questions are encouraged!



Kripalu

There are many kinds of yoga practices, and one of which is known as Kripalu Yoga. This is a form of Hatha practice, which puts emphasis on meditation, inner focus, breath work, and standard yoga poses to develop a quiet mind.
